Here in Aotearoa, we are a small team of motivated, dedicated and fun people. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Individual Giving Co-ordinator to join us to help enable the New Zealand public to give to and support our human rights work.
This is an exciting time for AIANZ with our individual giving programmes and donor engagement growing, and this is a key role in taking these programmes to the next level.
So what will it involve? You will support our individual giving programmes to maximise their fundraising potential and provide our donors with a unique and powerful experience. You will have the opportunity to really shine as a co-ordinator superstar, leading cross-functional project teams to deliver integrated and inspiring communications and appeals. It goes without saying that you are thoroughly familiar with current fundraising practices and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, between $65,000 to $70,000 per annum. We are people-centred and value the lives our people have outside of work, so we look forward to talking with you about what flexible working we offer, including the option to work some hours from home, and how this role may fit in with your personal commitments. Other flexible working initiatives that we currently offer are generous wellbeing leave, flexibility to take Friday afternoons off on full pay, and a day’s paid leave on your birthday.
